The proprietors of the studio, Amy and Van, are the former owners of the renowned Vancouver vegetarian restaurants, Lotus Seed Vegan. With a rich history as entrepreneurs, they harbor a deep passion for health and firmly believe in the transformative influence of mindfulness and self-awareness on our physical and mental well-being.

Van actively engages in Vipassana meditation practice, underscoring their commitment to leading by example. As a couple, they are dedicated to making a positive impact on the world through both their professional endeavors and daily lives. Eager to extend their influence into various wellness domains, they look forward to sharing their enthusiasm for healthy living with an even broader audience.
