How do I sign up for classes?

You can sign up through our website. Walk-ins are also welcome based on availability.

What should I wear to classes?

Wear comfortable, breathable athletic wear and supportive footwear. 

Do you provide equipment?

Yes, we provide equipment for most classes, including yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets. Please be aware that we do charge a $5.00 rental fee for yoga mats.

Is there a shower facility?

Yes, we have shower facilities for your convenience. We provide toiletries for free, and you can bring your own toiletries as needed. Our towels are washed, dried, and folded up daily; please be aware that we do charge a $5.00 rental fee for towels.

How early should I arrive for a class?

If it is your first time to the studio, please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts so that we may create your customer account, and show you around the facilities so that you may best prepare for your practice.

Can beginners join yoga classes?

Absolutely! Our instructors offer modifications to accommodate beginners; if you are unsure which yoga best suits you, the class descriptions on our Yoga Classes page also show what level of experience best suits which class.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have free on-site parking available for our clients. Please park in the parking lots with "GRANVILLE YOGA & SPIN" written on them.

Can I attend classes if I have an injury or medical condition?

Always consult with your healthcare provider. Inform our instructors of any injuries or conditions before class, and they can suggest modifications.

What amenities do you provide?

In addition to our classes, we offer free amenities such as water stations, locker rooms, and wi-fi access.
