Van Nguyen, a dedicated yogi, began his yoga voyage 13 years ago, completing Hatha teacher training in India. Embracing Vipassana Meditation, he fervently pursues the ancient arts of healing and mind-body awareness. As founder of Lotus Seed Vegan, Van passionately promotes holistic wellness, intertwining spirituality with physical well-being, and invites others to join him on this transformative journey.

Sunil Singh Nagarkoti
Sunil Singh Nagarkoti, an ex-commando instructor and international track and field athlete, brings a wealth of experience to Granville Yoga and Spin. With certifications in mountaineering, skiing, skydiving, and scuba diving, coupled with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and 17 years in fitness, he's conquered peaks up to 6000m-7000m, excelled in climbing, and holds an ACE coaching certification. He's also trained under Usain Bolt's coach, Mr. Glen Mills!

Luis' diverse life journey has led me to prioritize fitness, yoga, and meditation. Embracing various training programs and certifications, he values strength, balance, movement, and mindfulness. Through ups and downs, Luis has learned the importance of listening to our bodies. His aspiration is to foster a positive, individualized, and joyful connection with clients, promoting overall wellness.

Sabu Chaitanya
With 35 years of teaching experience, Sabu began his yoga journey in Kerala, India, joining an ashram at 16. Well-versed in Vedanta and yogic philosophy, he managed Yoga Centers globally, and has taught intensives worldwide, settling in Vancouver after experiencing the "midnight sun" in Yukon. Specializing in traditional Hatha Yoga from the Sivananda lineage, Sabu's focus is on alignment and the foundational principles of his practice.

Amanda has been a spin instructor for 10 years. In her class you can expect great music to a challenging workout that will leave you feeling stronger and invigorated! In her spare time she enjoys endurance running, riding her motorcycle and hiking with her dog.

Did someone say cardio? Kimberly is an enthusiastic and dedicated fitness instructor (and cardio junkie) specializing in in-person and online Spin, HIIT, Tabata, Power/Weight Interval Training, Pilates, Dance-fit, Stretch, and Bungee Fitness. With a passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, she creates dynamic classes for all fitness levels. Kimberly loves every moment of inspiring others to embrace an active lifestyle.

Kiran Nigah
Staying healthy mentally and physically has always been a priority for Kiran. She used to be a gym rat, but later on converted to practicing yoga, which led her to Greece for her yoga teacher training! While Kiran is also working towards a degree in dietetics, she still makes time in her busy schedule for her passions, yoga and fitness.

For 13 years, Nerida has devoted herself to empowering individuals through group fitness classes and personal training, drawing from her diverse athletic background in boxing, muaythai, Olympic lifting, soccer, and volleyball. She has helped clients achieve various fitness goals, fostering well-being and success in their fitness journeys.
